Born in Greenville, South Carolina, Mr. Plumley literally grew up in the Real Estate business. Mr. Plumley’s father was associated with many highly exclusive residential developments throughout the Carolinas as well as Florida. With the hands on experience gained from working inside the real estate industry from the ground up, Mr. Plumley is able to successfully communicate and integrate all aspects of the project management team to a cohesive focus on achieving the goals of our clients whether they are a developer seeking our sales and marketing expertise or an end user buyer looking for a vacation home that has rental potential to offset some of its own costs. 

Mr. Plumley studied Civil Engineering and Political Science at Clemson University in South Carolina where he is an alumnus of the Nationally Recognized Tiger Football Program and an active member of both the Clemson Alumni Association and The Clemson Letter Winners Association. 

Mr. Plumley has held a variety of positions in the real estate industry ranging from Sales Associate to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a large multinational organization with offices and responsibilities spanning 7 separate countries at once. He is responsible for directing both business development and the daily sales operations of The Silver Leaf Group, S.A.; and is a participating Board Member of Columbia Entertainment Group, LLC, a movie theater exhibition company with locations throughout the Southeastern United States.

 While Mr. Plumley focuses on driving the companies he operates at the highest level possible, he feels giving back is a primary concern and therefore sits on the Board of Directors of Community Coordinated Care for Children (4C – www.4corlando.org) and has received numerous accolades for his work with the 200+ million dollar annual budget organization. Working with children is a recurrent theme for the charity work that Mr. Plumley is involved with. He is also on the founders committee of Soldiers Hopes®, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing early childhood and post secondary education assistance in the form of scholarships and grants to the children of our soldiers who have fallen in the line of duty. 

Mr. Plumley is an avid golfer and member of The Cliffs Golf and Country Club located in the upstate of South Carolina where he splits time between with his primary residence in Winter Park, Florida. Blake is married to Julie, an LPGA T&CP Golf Professional and has one daughter, Haley Grace born in February of 2008.
